Refrigerated units in AISI 304 stainless steel, available with or without an 8 mm tempered glass cover and in lengths from 1500 to 2500 mm. Compatible with GN 1/4 or GN 1/3 pans. The insulation (25 mm on the short sides and 45 mm on the long sides) combined with static cooling through a serpentine along the front, base, and rear ensures uniform ingredient preservation — ideal for professional kitchens and pizzerias.
