One of the highlights of our presence at the event will be the showcooking with Dalmec Corporate Chef Juri Sellaro, who will present a selection of preparations designed to showcase the capabilities of Dalmec solutions.
It will be an opportunity to see our technologies in operation and applied to real-world applications, through a live demonstration focused on the professional kitchen environment.
