  • Retarder proofer counters with monoblock unit, forced-air refrigeration rated for climate class 5 (tropicalised).
  • Easily removable unit for quick and easy maintenance/replacement.
  • Evaporator with cataphoretic coating, automatic defrost managed by digital controller.
  • Modulation of internal ventilation.
  • Humidity percentage always visible on the display, guaranteed by an ultrasonic humidifier controlled by the internal humidity probe.
  • Product cycle managed using the following 6 phases: 1) Blast chilling; 2) Storage; 3) Proofing 1; 4) Proofing 2; 5) Proofing 3; 6) Holding.
  • Condensate water evaporation by means of anti-corrosion coil in low carbon AISI 316.
  • Door with automatic closure and fixed opening position at 100°.
  • Seven-chamber magnetic gasket, easy to remove.
  • 7” capacitive touch screen.
  • Adjustable feet in AISI 304 stainless steel.
  • AISI 304 stainless steel guides and uprights – Adjustable and removable.
